This Shipping Policy outlines our practices regarding order processing, shipping methods, delivery timelines, and related matters.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (MYT) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons (e.g., festive periods, sales campaigns), processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
We deliver throughout Malaysia and selected international destinations.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
- Standard Delivery (Peninsular Malaysia): 2–4 business days.
- Standard Delivery (East Malaysia – Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 business days.
- Deliveries are handled via trusted courier partners (e.g., Pos Laju, J&T Express, Ninja Van, DHL eCommerce).
International Shipping
- We currently ship to selected countries. Delivery times vary depending on location, typically between 7–21 business days.
- Customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
- Peninsular Malaysia: Flat rate of RM8 per order.
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Flat rate of RM12 per order.
- Free Shipping: Available for all Malaysian orders above RM150.
- International Shipping: Fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier rates.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.
- You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website or through the tracking link provided.
5. Delivery Policy
- Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are accurate to avoid delays.
- If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.
- For apartment/condominium addresses, the courier may deliver to the reception/security office if direct delivery is not possible.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees as determined by the destination country’s regulations.
- These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to deliver on time, please note that:
- Delays may occur due to weather conditions, festive seasons, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Chroma Closet will not be held liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.
8. Order Issues

- Lost or damaged parcels will be investigated with the courier, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
