Return Policy
At Chroma Closet Sdn. Bhd. 202501037997 (1639406-A), we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process. Please read the following terms carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (with all tags, labels, and packaging intact).
- The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and socks.
- Accessories (earrings, hair accessories, hats, etc.) unless defective.
- Items marked as Final Sale / Clearance.
- Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing chroma.closet@outlook.com with photos of the item and packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, store credit, or full refund (including shipping fees).
4. Return Process
- Submit a Request: Contact us via email at chroma.closet@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Approval & Instructions: Our customer care team will confirm if your return is eligible and provide the return shipping address.
- Ship the Item Back:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, we will inspect the returned item. If approved, your refund/store credit will be processed within 7โ14 business days.
5. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method (credit/debit card, online banking, e-wallet).
- Store credit (if preferred, valid for 12 months from issuance).
Note: Refunds to bank accounts or cards may take additional time depending on your financial institution.
6. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you havenโt received your refund after 14 business days, first check with your bank/credit card provider.
